So this week, Jordon has decided that he doesn't like his crib. He has constantly been trying to climb out of it and not sleep in it, for the most part. We started to train him in his toddler bed, whoever says it is easy, is lying! I feel like i have to sleep train him all over again. He is hysterical if i leave him in his room with a baby gate up. I have been trying to get him in it for naps but my patience level is at 20 minutes and then i put him in the crib even with him screaming. It's not a pretty picture but he falls asleep eventually. He likes his toddler bed at night but Chris and I have to tag team him in, me on one side him on the other so he won't try to run away. Wednesday night he fell asleep in there with me laying on the floor singing him songs and pretending to sleep. Last night Chris sang to him and I think he enjoys Daddy's singing much better, it seems to calm him down more.
The first night was weird, I snuck out before he was all the way asleep and when i went back in to see how he was, he was asleep on the floor. That night went ok, but he only got about 9 hours sleep and was a tyrant the next day. But last night went much better he got 10 hours. We got cute Cars sheets for his bed and he really likes his bed, it's just a matter of him being trained to stay in it.
He is a highly sensitive child so i guess the only way we can do it, is to do what we did with him before when sleep training. Lay down and pretend to sleep and each night make it shorter and shorter so hopefully he can just go to his room and settle down himself.
Any advice is welcome, I'm hoping to get this boy trained in a couple of months, i'm not in the mood to lay down with him when i'm 7 months along. It's already not that fun. We'll post again, we are excited about his birthday coming up. We're going to have a few nursery buddies over and see how that goes!

We sure love our Jordon and I'm sure he'll get "sleep trained" soon--he's very smart. We are excited about his 2nd Birthday this week! We love you guys!
