The End to Nursing

Well, I'm afraid that Jordon is done nursing. I tried to have him nurse again, but he got too used to the bottle. He kindof nursed but with his sharp teeth coming, and him biting all day after i told him no several times, i guess i decided that was that. It was a little sad, but we are doing just fine, it's almost better that he's on the bottle, it gives me a break from always having to feed him and worrying about missing a feeding. Daddy is able to do a lot of the feeding on the weekends and in the evenings. He's getting accustomed to a sippy cup. It's not the actual sippy cup, it is the nuby 3 step feeding system where it accustoms them to it. First it starts off as a bottle and then has two other tops that graduate up to a sippy cup. It's pretty neat. He's weaned off but i'm still trying to end the nursing for my needs. i pump a little at night and then go til the following night and i sleep on my belly as much as possible to help slow down everything. It's working out pretty good and am actually feeling pretty good about this step. Jordon is growing bigger and bigger and has been on a big growing spurt. He's been dealing with a cold but is feeling much better. Still a little congested but it might be due to his teething and the bad pollen we have this year.
